What does a session cost?

Self-pay sessions are $250 for a standard 50 to 55 minute appointment, whether you come in person or meet by telehealth.

What do you actually get by paying privately?

Insurance requires a diagnosis code and treatment that fits their definition of medically necessary, which usually means session caps, required treatment types, and your file periodically reviewed to justify continuing care. Pay privately and none of that applies: EFT, pacing, and session length are decided between you and Ryanne, not approved by someone who's never met you. No diagnosis follows you into your insurance history either, which matters later for things like life insurance, disability applications, or clearance renewals, not just right now. And there's no waiting on a limited slot, sessions start as soon as you're ready.
